Place-makers work to strengthen connections between places and the people who use them. Place-makers pay attention to the social, physical and cultural identities of places.
In Sustainable Brain programs participants who share places bring their attention to beating burnout from two perspectives. They learn the science of thriving and build personal strategies for wellbeing and performance. They also view their place via the group lens of shared spaces. Participants begin to appreciate how their environment supports their wellbeing and their performance.
Sustainable Brain operates on the traditional lands of the Gadigal of the Eora Nation. We acknowledge, pay our respects to elders past, present and emerging. We continue to learn from the wisdom traditions of First Nations peoples.
